We Want You to Be Satisfied with Your Purchase!

1. Non-Prescription Frames and Lenses (Sunglasses or Blue Light)

You may return them within 130 days of delivery. Products must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Inspection Conditions: If the frame shows chips, scratches, visible adjustments on the temples, or any signs of use, Happy Eyes reserves the right to reject the return or apply a partial refund.

2. Prescription Lenses

Since these are custom-made, they are non-refundable and not eligible for return, except in the following cases:

  • Laboratory error in prescription assembly.

  • Manufacturing defect.

In these cases, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of our error or laboratory mistakes.
